Ram Vishnoo Prasad, a certified lead auditor ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 from ASCB-USA, Sole-Proprietor, Chairman chief-consultant of REGA Consultancy Services has 36+ Years of expertise in Greenfield project setup management, Business process Re-engineering, capacity enhancement, Tyre manufacturing plant Maintenance, Improvement in OEE, Third party Inspection, Conversion Cost Reduction, Scrap & Defect control, and many more.
He persuaded Electronics Communication Engineering from BIT Sindri in 1983. and started his career as GET in Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd. and then went on to carry out increasingly senior roles in Dunlop India Ltd, JK Tyre Industries, Birla Tyres, Century Pulp Paper Mill, Gumosol Solid Tyre Germany, MRL Tyres Ltd. In the year 2007-10, he successfully set up of a unit for producing 630 metric ton tyres per day including 15 MW captive power plant for Birla Tyres and completed expansion project of INR 2000 Crore for Paper board Fiber plant is 37 MW captive power plant.
In REGA, Mr. Prasad has worked with establishing 2 new motor cycle tyre plant, and as Asset Manager of 10 MW solar power plant. Currently, he is a consultant at Matangi Rubber for their new green field project for 2000 per month capacity 2-3 wheeler tyres at Banmore, Gwalior (M.P), India.
